A Tailored Experience

Wedding Moments That Feel Like You

Not only do I customize packages to fit your needs, but I also customize the experience. Even if I’ve never tried that new viral TikTok trend, I’ll do my best to pull it off for you. The goal is to tailor your wedding so it feels authentic to your relationship.

One of my couples asked if I’d be willing to host wedding trivia. I said, “Of course!” I prepared questions about their relationship beforehand. On wedding day, I played background music to create some game show energy and hosted a trivia session to keep guests entertained while they were waiting for dinner.

Their guests were leaning forward in their seats, focussed on the questions and eager to raise their hands and guess the right answer. They got to know more intimate details about the newly married couple and we shared plenty of laughs along the way.

Maybe you’re not into trivia, but there are thousands of ideas circulating online to keep your people entertained. I’m excited for the challenge of trying new things.

Elevate your dance floor energy with multi-colored, flashing LED sticks for all of your guests. And yes, they do get to keep them!

Got pictures or videos you want your family and friends to see? Send me the finished presentation and I'll bring the projector and screen to magnify it onto the wall just like your own personal movie theater.

Cold Sparks

Electrify your audience with a surprise shower of golden sparks for your first dance or grand sendoff. This is perfect for an Instagram worthy wedding photo.

Custom Monogram

Imagine having your names and wedding date in bright elegant letters projected onto the floor or wall during your wedding.

Wedding FAQ

Here Are Common Questions My Couples Ask

Every wedding is unique, but many couples have similar questions when it comes to making sure they get exactly what they want. Here are some of the most common questions I get along with detailed answers. Still need more info? Feel free to reach out!

Two Hours Before Showtime

I arrive at least two hours before your event starts. The idea is to greet your guests with music to set the atmosphere for the evening. Showing up early allows me extra time to be fully prepared and relaxed to help your guests enjoy the event as much as possible.

Your Own Custom Music Planning App

Once you book, I’ll set you up with your own personalized wedding and music planning app called Vibo. I’ve organized it into multiple sections for each part of the day. The app is very detailed and has guided questions to keep you on track. Here are some of the sections you’ll see.

1. Ceremony Prelude Music

This is the music we’ll play before the ceremony to create the right atmosphere. It’s popular to choose instrumental covers of pop songs. Groups like Vitamin String Quartet and Piano Guys have some awesome examples of this. (Think the Bridgerton soundtrack).

I’m also a fan of staying true to your style and finding soft love songs from your favorite artists. Prelude music is usually about 15 minutes so you’ll only need 5-6 songs here.

2. Cocktail Hour & Dinner Music

Let your personality shine by showcasing your favorite bands during cocktail hour and dinner. Start building a list of their mid-energy songs. People don’t usually dance during cocktail hour and you probably don’t want guests headbanging while they’re eating, so this is the perfect time for some upbeat yet chill tracks that aren’t full-on dance songs. We’re building anticipation for the dance floor!

3. Open Dance Music

It’s finally time to let loose! Give me a handful of songs that will make you and your friends go absolutely nuts on the dance floor! We want the highest energy songs you can possibly find for open dancing. No matter the genre, try to lean toward the biggest hits. These are the songs your guests will have heard before and be eager to dance and sing along to.

It’s okay to go deeper into your favorite artists’ catalogue later in the evening, but you’ll need plenty of generational bangers at the beginning to get people out of their seats and ready to party.

From there, I’ll watch your guests’ reactions to see which genres, artists and decades they’re loving. I’ll fill in the gaps with with similar tracks.

Never Expected, Always Appreciated

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated! I don’t include gratuity in the final contract price. Martha Stewart recommends 15-20% of the total price of entertainment. And if Martha said it, you know it’s law.

Yes, Please!

That would be awesome! I’ll be one of the first vendors to arrive and last to leave. Finding time to eat on a wedding day can be challenging for any vendor.

You might just ask your coordinator or planner to prepare a few extra plates for the DJ, photographer, bartenders etc. so we can slip into the back and eat during downtime.

I’ll be sure to keep the music going and no one will notice I’m gone.
